What is Tokimeki-Memorial?

What is Tokimeki-Memorial?
Tokimeki-Memorial is the simulation game put on sale by KONAMI Co.,Ltd. at
May 1994. This simulates a love story in a senior-high, Kirameki Senior High
School. In this school, an legend is told.
There is an old tree named "the Tree of Legends" at this school.
That legend says, "Under that tree, on the graduation day,
A telling of love from a girl to a boy makes a good result,
and their love goes on forever..."
A player roles a play of a boy in this high school. A goal is to be a good
guy and to be confessed of love by your favorite girl in the high school.
In this game there are twelve attractive girls and two guys except you.
Miharu Tatebayashi is one of that girls.
History of Tokimeki-Memorial
the PC-Engine CD-ROM^2 version is played on NEC PC-Engine CD-ROM^2.
Next year,
Sony PlayStation Version is put on sale. This Version has two stances.
- Normal Version.
- Limited Version (with Mouse & Mouse-pad in decolated box).
This version is succeeded. The PlayStation verison is million-sellor!
Next year,KONAMI sells Nintendo SuperFamicom version and
"Tokimeki-Memorial Private Collection" on PlayStation. The Private-Collection
includes quiz game about Tokimeki-Memorial and graphics/animations of
girls in Tokimeki-Memorial. the SuperFamicom version is without voices
(the archtecture of SuperFamicom hardly use samplings...), but instead of that,
this version included 8cm Compact-Disk in a drama about Tokimeki-Memorial.
Next year, KONAMI divided himself to KONAMI and KCE(KONAMI Computer
Entertainment). And KCE released SegaSaturn version. This version has a little
more event graphics than PC-Engine/PlayStation version.
Who is in Kirameki Senior High School?
In this games there are main thirteen attractive persons. They names;
- Shiori Fujisaki : is a heroine in this game. She is a childhood friend
of you.
- Mio Kisaragi : is a rather shy girl with glasses. She loves reading,
and she is a little weakly.
- Yuina Himoo : is said herself to "Genious Scientist" in this school.
But some call her to "Mud Scientist"...
- Ayako Katagiri : is a artistic girl speaking "strange" English.
- Nozomi Kiyokawa : is a good swimmer. She is a boyish girl.
- Yukari Koshiki : is a so-called "Japanese girl". She does anything very
s l o w l y .
- Yuuko Asahina : is a active girl. She loves fashion, playing and so on.
- Mira Kagami : is a very attractive girl. But she acts a little overbearingly.
- Saki Nijino : is a girl with a lot of guts. She is good at cooking.
- Megumi Mikihara : is a very shy girl. She loves animals and
horror movies.
- Yumi Saotome : is one year junior to you and a sister of one of your
best friend.
- Miharu Tatebayashi : is a misterious girl. Sometimes she hits you,
but you cannot have any informations about her.
- Rei Ijuin : is a VERY affected guy. He is a son of the person that
founded Kirameki Senior High.
- Yoshio Saotome : is one of your best friends. He knows very much about
the girls in this games.
